All items on the home inspection addressed but buyer got cold feet and backed out.  It sucks, buy I had the right to keep her $1k hand money.  Even though I hate to do it, I had to keep it.  Raised the price to $215k as I was just not happy with $210k.  Going to raise 1532 Parkwood's price to $215k soon too.  Showings scheduled on both units Friday.

Inspection done, waiting for results, window replaced in master, appraiser there today....

Radon tester was put in yesterday and will be picked up tomorrow along with the home inspection being performed on 1522.

Well no offers yet, previous interested parties have decided on other avenues.  There is 2 more interested parties as of today though! :-)
